About this notice

This notice applies to avenue4capital.com and inquiries directed to Avenue 4 Capital Management Inc. (“Avenue 4,” “we,” or “us”). It covers website visitors and people who contact us. Investor, subscription and brokerage relationships may be subject to additional notices supplied with the applicable documents.

Information you provide

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, an optional company name and your message. Investor inquiries also ask whether you are an individual or institutional investor. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the information and attachments you choose to provide.

We use this information to respond, understand and evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you and maintain related business records. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, bank account details or wire instructions through the public contact form.

Website services and browser storage

The contact form uses FormSubmit to process your submission and deliver it to contact@avenue4capital.com. Your submitted information passes through that provider. See FormSubmit’s privacy notice (PDF) for its practices.

Website hosting, security and form providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect their services.

The website uses session storage in your browser to remember whether the introductory animation has played during your visit. This value does not contain your name or email address. You can clear or restrict browser storage through your browser settings. The website’s own code does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. External providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies as described in their notices.

When information may be shared

Information may be handled by service providers supporting our website, email, communications and recordkeeping. Where your inquiry involves brokerage or placement services, relevant information may be shared with Altitude Capital Group LLC to address that inquiry. Information may also be disclosed with your direction or consent, or as required or permitted by law, including in response to regulators, legal process or to protect against fraud.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit information through the website. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, exercise rights available under applicable law, or ask us to stop nonessential communications, email contact@avenue4capital.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Information may need to be retained for business records and applicable legal or regulatory obligations, so a request may not result in immediate deletion of every record. Please identify your request without sending sensitive identity or financial documents by ordinary email.

External websites and updates

Links to news sources, LinkedIn, Altitude and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern those services. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
